A big thank you for the lovely aromas all over my bungalow, because I buy products by phone or website I never know what the fragrance will be like until I receive them but I can honestly say whichever one I choose I've never been disappointed yet. Thank you.

Visited your stand yesterday at the NEC and purchased one of your beautiful memory lockets and charms. It is lovely to be able to add charms that have a particular meaning. Will be adding to my collection in due course!

I visited Bourton-On-The Water in 2013 and bought the John Paul fragance it was the best smell ever, I was gutted when I returned recently and your shop was gone. Now I've found this site and promptly ordered some more, I can't wait for them to come :-)

Such a lovely shop , lady so helpful , took forever to pick a volcanic rock fragrance, so many went for the orange spice lovely smell , very pleased will be placing an order thank you

We visited Bourton on the Water last year and came across your wonderfal shop. The gentleman who served us was very help and friendly. We bought a burner and volcanic rock the smells are wonderful. We now regulary place orders which are delivered promtly and fill our house with such wonderful aromas. Your shop and service is a breath of fresh air.

Bought a burner and a tub of cool water volcanic rock last year from your shop while on a day trip. Today used your online order service and my new tubs of rock came, within a couple of days. Very prompt and friendly service. The granules are so much better than candles, a really pleasant long lasting smell. I will tell all my friends about you!

Visited your lovely shop today and bought the rose fragrance burner and chose the orange spice volcanic rock to go with it. Am home now and my room smells gorgeous, thank you for the free tea lights, a thoughtful touch which meant I could light the burner straight away.

We came in your shop today and i was amazed! lovely shop and smells so good! i purchased a picture frame and burner which came with a free volcanic rock fragrance which are so lovely i purchased another, i will definitely be ordering off the website for lots more. My friend and I visisted your shop a few weeks ago, nearly bought everything in the shop, but not quite. We were in the shop for over an hour, looking at everything, with oohs & aahs. Bought load of lovely things. A beautiful shop in a beautiful location. Everybody should visit this shop. Can't wait to go back. ps: Liz and her daughter were absolutely delightful. Irene :)

purchased two volcanic rock fragrances after spending time which to buy (so many nice aromas to choose from) they are fantastic the whole hose is perfumed will be purchasing more when these are finished. Thank you for a great product

I visited your beautiful shop today with my daughters and granddaughter. What a lovely experience. The gentleman who assisted us was so pleasant and helpful and is now known by the family as "Mr Smelly Man", meant in the most complimentary way. I came in to your gorgeous shop on my birthday, 17 December. Ok, I said "I'm a die hard Yankee Candle Fan", you said "I'll convert you". You have! Your volcanic rock fragrances are just beautiful, last a long time, are clean and mess free, have no 'tunnelling' that you can get with candles. I was given a set of fragrances and one of your burners by my Husband as a birthday present and I will be back for more! Helen (lady with bad back who was grateful for your chair!)

I am converted! Was a Yankie candle fan, but this idea of crushed rock with fragrance of permumed oils is great. The aroma lasts longer and smells lovely.

I visited your shop on sunday 28th August 2011 I purchased a chrome burner with crystal holder for tea light. I was going to give it to my daughter for her birthday next week but have used it myself. I have looked on your website but cannot see the one I bought I dont know how i can make sure I purchase the same one again.
